Horrible service! The waitress was on her cell phone right at our table! Sounded like she was talking to her kids or husband. Two plates were brought out and the other two plates over ten minutes later. Never refilled drinks. When my friend tried to order a to go order at the end of our meal, again the waitress was on her cell and literally put her finger up and told my friend to wait a minute. Seriously??? Then my friend had to stand at the register to wait for his food order which was in the window ready. While waiting he set his wallet down and forgot it. In the morning he called and was told that the waitress would be called regarding the wallet later after she did her opening work. He called again after an hour, was told the waitress was called and never saw it. We stopped there an hour later to be told that the waitress was not even called. Seriously? We insisted she be called as my friend had all his cards, money and such in that wallet. When she was called, she actually described my friend who's wallet was left on the counter then described the wallet and "distinctly remembered him putting the wallet into his pocket". When asked which pocket? She replied how should I know? But you distinctly remembered seeing him pocket it right? She got angry and said something about the tip she didn't get and that we should check to see that the cards had not been used. First of all, how would you know the cards hadn't been used? Second, do you think a tip is warranted after being on your phone twice at our table, telling my friend to wait till your call was done and serving us separately? We were not allowed to speak to a manager nor have his or her name or number. It took my friend a month to get replacement cards, and I can tell you I nor my family or friends would ever go back! This girl should be fired! She's a poor waitress, has no people skills, and she is a thief!

Though the food was good, when I went to the ladies room, I was concerned. If I would have had my daughter with me, who is wheelchair bound, I would not have been able to get to it. Once inside there were no handicapped stalls...very tight! It should be accessible for all!

We ate at Tina's several times last week. The food is good, the service is great and the prices are fair. We'll eat there again on my next trip to Columbia.
